The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) earlier in the year has issued the following amendment notification under The Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014

Every Company which has been incorporated on or before 31^st December 2017 shall submit Active e-form INC-22A to the Central Government on or before 25th April 2019.

However, after much persuasion from various stakeholders especially the Startups, the Ministry has extended the due date through its recent notification. The due date for filing of Active form INC-22A has been extended to 15^th June 2019. If any company fails to file the form on or before 15^th June 2019 shall be liable to pay a fine of Rs 10000.

Due Date:-

Old:- On or before 25^th April, 2019

New:- Due date for filing INC-22A is 15^th June 2019
