As per recent Public Notice issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, more than 3,00,000 companies are in the process of shutting down due to the not filing of Annual Forms to the Ministry. The respective ROC have taken suo-moto cognizance of the non- compliances who have not filed the Annual Forms for 2 consecutive Terms under section 248 of Companies Act, 2013.
