MCA revises CIN Number of Companies registered in Telangana State.With the arrival of the new-born state Telangana, the ROC has revised the state code of existing states falling in its jurisdiction. The existing state code for these companies is “AP”. This code has now been updated to “TG” in order to match up to the new jurisdiction. Hence, the new state has given us an entire new set of ROC, a new (read “modified”) CIN number, new version of ROC Forms and some more new interpretation of the incorporation rules. 

We will end this short and crisp article with the list of companies whose CIN Numbers have been revised. Also, it goes without saying that the companies mentioned in this list must use this new CIN Number allotted to them. Consequently, it is time update your letter-heads, flyers and cards in the color of this change.
