In a Notification dated 03rd May 2021 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, it has been decided that no additional fees shall be levied on filing of Forms by Companies and LLP for certain forms except CHG-1, CHG-4, and CHG-9 till 31st July 2021.

This shall apply to the forms which were/would be due for filing during 1st April 2021 to 31st May 2021. For such forms, delayed filings would be allowed till 31st July 2021 where only normal fees shall be applicable. 

It may here be noted that any forms which has a due date after 31st May 2021 shall not be covered under the said notification.
