The govt. vide corrigendum to Notification No. 67/2020-Central Tax, dated 21-9-2020 has provided that conditional waiver of late fee for composition taxpayers shall be eligible only for the quarters from July, 2017- March, 2019 instead of July, 2017- March, 2020.
